How long does my box last?
If you follow our daily schedule, you discover everything in 8 days: one shot and one capsule a day. Of course, you can choose the order yourself.
Can I combine the products?
Yes, you can use them alongside each other. Follow our daily schedule or the directions on each package. The box is intended for adults. Are you pregnant or breastfeeding? Then we advise against the box, as several products are not recommended during that time. Smart Vitamins for Her is not suitable for people with a fish allergy. Taking medication?
